Waiver & Liability

By submitting any items for laser engraving services to Victoria Custom Laser, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Customer-Supplied Items
   
   You affirm that all items provided for engraving are your property and that all customer supplied items for cutting or engraving are at their own risk. Victoria Custom Laser is responsible solely for the engraving of these customer-supplied items. We do not warrant or guarantee the condition of the items aside from the engraving service.

2. Risk of Damage
   
   You understand that laser engraving involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, potential damage, alteration, or ruin of the items being engraved. On rare occasions during the engraving process, accidents can happen due to human, computer/electrical or mechanical error. By using our services, you accept that such risks exist and agree that Victoria Custom Laser will not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred during or after the engraving process. Of course Victoria Custom Laser will do everything in it’s power to avoid such accidents and will work closely with our customers to recertify any issues that may arise.

3. Release of Liability
   
   By proceeding with our services, you release and hold harmless Victoria Custom Laser, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the engraving process, whether direct, incidental, or consequential.
